Shipping
We combine shipping and print time to take the guesswork out of ordering— just choose your delivery date at checkout. We use UPS as our standard shipping service.
We can also ship your package using USPS. Just choose this option at checkout. If a PO Box address is provided, your order will automatically be shipped via USPS.
How We Calculate Shipping Costs
- 7-day: $7.70 delivery charge (no expediting fee)
- 5-day: $11 delivery charge + 10% of order subtotal (expediting fee)
- 3-day: $18 delivery charge + 20% of order subtotal (expediting fee)
- 2-day: $40 delivery charge + 40% of order subtotal (expediting fee)
- 1-day: $40 delivery charge + 80% of order subtotal (expediting fee)
Our business day concludes at 5:00pm EST for all orders, except for next day services. Any order requiring next day services must be finalized before 2:00pm EST and shipped via UPS.
CatPrint cannot be held responsible for delivery delays resulting from uncontrollable circumstances, including adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, UPS transportation failures (such as train derailments, vehicle breakdowns, etc.) or other such acts of God.
International Shipping
CatPrint offers international shipping services. All international orders can be placed via our website. Our international shipping costs are determined by the size of the order and the turnaround time selected.
While we do provide tracking data for these orders, please note that there are no guaranteed delivery dates, and many international orders have an estimated delivery of 10-14 business days.
